Clinical Mental Health Counseling E-Portfolio

I am a strong and compassionate individual that has long had the heart to serve the needs of others through their struggles. Through my own struggles in life, I found a higher purpose for my passion for helping others. With Devine guidance and with in-depth reflection, I pursued my higher education through Grand Canyon University. At that time I received my Bachelor of Science in Counseling with an Emphasis in Addiction, Chemical Dependency, & Substance Abuse and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Upon graduation, I obtained Licensure in the State of Arizona as a Licensed Associate Counselor. I embrace the counseling profession’s emphasis on empowering diverse individuals, families, and groups to achieve mental health, wellness, education, and career goals while approaching the needs of the client through evidence-based treatment interventions.
